I have visual Voicemail setup on a phone as a test before I deploy
it out to all users. After I log in I see the voice message, but when i press play it says opening line, then it retry's the line I see the line pickup then hangup again, it keeps doing this 3 different times then it says no lines availble. I followed the directions to the letter and double and even triple checked everything and it is all configured correctly. Can anyone help?
Sorry I forgot to add that you have to delete the service and readd all parameters each time you make changes to any parameter. Editing the current service for some reason will not work. I confirmed this with TAC.
