If I am not mistaken in Unity Connection when a call is sent to an IP phone from VM the caller ID initially shows up as the VM port instead of the originating number. Once the call is answered the originating number shows up. I think there is a way to suppress the DN of the VM port from showing up and only showing the originating caller ID but can’t remember what that setting is.
