I have a SIP endpoint connected to a CISCO 2811 (IOS 15.0). The dial peer looks:
dial-peer voice 1 voip
description conection with SIP_endpoint
destination-number .T
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:192.168.1.60
codec g711ulaw
A test call from g711ulaw works fine. But when I change the codec g711ulaw to a list of codecs something goes wrong. The endpoints return false ringing and put the calls on hold. Also the call go fine if I put only G729br8. The problem apear when add voice class codec. It's a missconfiguration problem or my endpoints has problems with negotiation process?
The voice class codec is:
voice class codec 1
codec preference 1 g711ulaw
codec preference 2 g711alaw
codec preference 4 g729br8
