Hi.

Voice class sip-profiles are dial-peer related.

So you can of course use in CME mode.

You can even use in SRST mode but you have to keep in mind that in non-SRST condition they are however there in your dial-peers.

Where do you think I can implement voice class sip-profiles?

Only in global mode, but not on exact dial-peer because in CME or SRST Cisco will make virtual dial-peer to IP phones.

Do you have any implementation of sip-profiles in real situation?
