I have an issue with our voice gateway.
The issue is some of the incomming calls are getting disconnected. Here we are having 12 line fxo. and the gateway is using sip protocol. It is connected to cosmocom server.
Kindly give me a solution for the problem..
CME? CUCM? version?
does it work for outbound?
just saying that calls are disconnected does not provide info for a solution

we r not using cme or ccm.
here is a defferent set up we r using cosmocom server. that is implemented by defferent person. it is a call centere application and is using sip
k, anyway we would need a sh run, call flow and debug to tell you what's going on
Enable "debug ccsip message" and "debug vpm signal" with "term mon". That should reveal who is disconnecting the call.
