Need your assistance again please.
This is what I am trying to achieve and failing every time..Please assist me.
We have dedicated SIP trunk terminated to CUBE gateway and entire company DID are ported on this SIP trunk and every thing works fine with CUBE,SIP trunks calls and UCM.
Other thing is I have LAB UCS with voice gateway so for my lab testing picked one of the last range of DID on SIP trunk and trying to use them for my test B-ACD...
So added VOIP dial-peer on CUBE poiting to my lab UCManager IP for specific range of DID which I picked for my lab but unfortunately nothing is working though.
I did this before,tested and worked fine before moving same DID range to SIP from PRI.

destination-pattern 18038179497 or 1803817949[1-9]
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.31.195
session transport udp
incoming called-number .
voice-class codec 1
voice-class sip dtmf-relay force rtp-nte

voice-class sip bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/1
when i call above specific number it hits CUBE router but do not pass to lab router..attached "voice ccapi inout,voice dial-peer and translation debugs..and only voice ccapi.
Please assist me where i am going wrong..I really appreciate you time and assistance.

Your dial-peer destination is 1803817949 and the called numbers in the debug shows 803817949. You should create a DP with a destination-pattern of 803817949.
Is session target ipv4:10.1.31.195 your LAB CUCM?
we have translation rule which will replace/add 1 infront of 803 and will make it 1803 though.

Yes targer LAB CUCM is 10.1.31.195
Production CUCM ips are 10.128.163.100,10.128.163.101 and 10.1.32.201

What is am trying to do is test B-ACD so a call need to hit lab voice gateway to test it or in order to work properly as B-ACS and tcl scrips and config are on voice gateway..so any suggestions and assistance much appreciated.
For what it's worth I havent personally played with B-ACD on a CME router. But I find that the link below could be helpful.
Yes my lab voice gateway is CME too...thank you so much for sharing link but I have couple of sample guides and documents related to B-ACD...Every thing is configued and ready but not able to test it as I dont have any PSTN line connected or hitting on lab voice gateway so planed to use DID for my testing and working on it...
