Voice Gateway - DSP Testing

Hi All,

We have faced the issue in the PVDM Module . During the peak time router is getting reloaded because of the DSP crash

We want to test the DSP in our lab & want to simulate issue. How we can simulate high traffic in to DSP resources ?

Hi ,

you can run the command on production router to check dsp status .

show voice dsp group all.

State should be UP else Fail .

Hi,

You can try to reset your DSP modules using below command:

test dsp device all reset

Also, please share the output of show tech...

Do you get any messages or error regarding DSP crash or failure ? Also if you see any crash dump in router, please share those as well..
