Voice gateway issue/ININ server

Dear All

I have one publisher x.x.x.2 and one subscriber x.x.x.3 , both servers are integrated with two ININ servers (IVR servers) , in Voice gateway-E1 i have two Voip dial-peers , one going to publisher and another one going to subscriber with preference , in CUCM server group priority for subscriber first then publisher 576 is hot line number for ININ greeting , and there is two trunks are configured in CUCM , one for ININ primary and one for ININ backup , my issue is :

If the ININ primary server  ON everythings working fine , when i make ININ Primary server  OFF and make call to reach to ININ Backup server , the calls not reached " idle "

ININ engineers opened TAC with ININ , and they said this issue from cisco side .

please find the attached file for show run and debug after turn off the ININ primary server

your help is very i,portant for me .

Hi,

I check the configuration, I need to you to confirm the following

CCM ip addresses are PUB  192.168.201.2 and SUB 192.168.201.3

INN ip address are  Primary 172.31.40.95 Secondery 172.31.40.96.

Hot Line number is 675.

from your configuration, you direct the calls as a preference 1 to 172.31.40.96

under interface fastethernet 0/0 add h323-gateway voip interface.
