voice gateway only recoginzes 10 digit number

I had a wiard problem with customer's new 3925 ISR with 15.1(2) .T4 IOS that has 3 T1 CAS circuits and telco has provisioned to send the last 4 digits however, gateway recoginzed only 1 digit (the first digit of the last 4 digits) and had telco removed their translation and outpulse all 10 digits and it worked fine. Is there any bug related to this issue or what am I missing here?

If you run a debug what do you see??? 1 digit?? 4 digits?? 10 digits??

What you get in the setup message is completely up to Telco, if they're sending you wrong info, that's something you need to discuss with them.

If you're only seeing 1 digit in the setup message from telco, that's something they need to fix.

understood but can't explain why it is working fine with their pbx though....
