Voice GW not re-registering after WAN outage

I had a remote site lose WAN connectivity over the weekend, and SRST kicked in successfully.  After the outage was over however, the gateway (2811) did not switch back to the CUCM cluster.  show ccm-manager reported all nodes in the cluster as "down" but were pingable, etc.  I had to reboot the router to get it to re-register with the cluster.

I can't see any glaring issues with the config on the gateway or within CUCM (7.1.3)...

Any ideas what might cause that?

Well this happened again last night after our WAN provider had a maintenance window.  The gateway was up but show ccm-manager show all 3 call managers as down.  Rebooting the gateway re-registered it with the primary callmanager.

Stumped!
