I have added a voice hunt group to my cme.Its showing up in the running config, but if I dial the pilot number it gives a busy out.
I checked the dial-peer voice summary, its showing only other 2 pilot numbers for other 2 hunt-groups.
voice hunt-group 4 parallel
#sh dial-peer voice summary

Thank you for your reply.
I sent you the show ver and dial-peer summary, debug logs.
In the Debugs ccapi inout, I am getting disconnect error 28. no Tag matching.
do you need running config?
Please send it as well.
I'll see it tomorrow since I don't have access to my email now.
If possible, in the meantime try reloading the roter after saving the configuration.
I could finally see the outputs and at lest the system does not have a route to get to teh hunt-group.
Weird because you have it configured.
This could also be a memory issue.
With the reload you clear all the memory, so taht might help you but if not please send me this show command.
show memory statistics
I thought so too, so I tried to delete the pots dial-peers as I am not using those. But still couldn't do that.
Just to let you know that I had memory issues before and couldn't add any dial-peer or hunt-group. Then I upgraded it to
flash:c1861-advipservicesk9-mz.151-1.T3.bin". I can now add the voice hunt group and dial-peer, but still couldnt add nay ephone-dn,however I can upto 48 ephone-dns.
Do you want me to reload it and then add the hunt group or just reload?
Here is the output of show memory stats:
#sh memory statistics
Head Total(b) Used(b) Free(b) Lowest(b) Largest(b)
Processor 86DA66C8 140876088 122366064 18510024 16693860 15493412
I/O F400000 12582912 5233892 7349020 7184560 7141660
Based on the show memoru statistics your router is using 86% of the processor memory.
If you have more than 80%, it would not allow you to add any diap-peer to the configuration.
When you add a hunt group or ephone-dn it should show you an error message saying "could not add peer".
This could be a memory leak on your router, if you do a reload and after it you can add DNs, or hunt-groups and you can see them on a "show dial-peer voice summ" then for some reason the router was not letting memory get free.
If after the reload you still have the problem, you need to see if that router is running too much things taking processor memory.
Yes, you are right. I got the error " could not add peer" on adding the dial-peer or hunt group before upgrade.
After upgrade, getting this error only on addition of ephone-dns.
I will reload it today and let you know. If this doesn't work then what should I check?
