Voice Messages Modification on Unity Connection !!!
I have a requirment, my customer have Unity Connection 2.0 & he wants,
When a user didnt answer call in 15 sec, the call should forward to voice msg. But when call forwards to voice message, before forwarding to voice msg the caller should have option of " Press 0 (or any key) to operator " then if caller didnt press 0 key (e.g for operator) it should go to voice messages.
& customer wants this to enable only for users that will call from PSTN, If a user calls from internally then the call should go directly to voice mesage no need for operator option.
