Voice-Port No Listen an Incoming Call

Hi

I have a problem with voice-port FXO, when an incoming call is active the caller no listen to the person that response the call,

this is the  configuration of port.

voice-port 0/0/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
cptone MX
timeouts call-disconnect 2
timeouts wait-release 2
connection plar 1000
caller-id enable

Hi Ivan,

We will need a bit more information that this.  What is your call flow?  Is this a CME or CUCM setup?  Does the inbound call connect?  Please provide more details as to the issue and call flow.

Do you have a firewall between router and CM ?
