Hi, I am using call manager express, A Cisco 7960 as the operator's phone and snom phones at the users. The problem I have is that the call sometimes cuts off after transferring, one way speech or it just dies out while people are still talking. Any ideas how can I troubleshoot this?
Hi, to troubleshoot you use "debug ccsip messages", the problem is that because you use third-party phones, even if you find the router to be causing the issue, cisco is not committed to do anything about it.
