Voice Quality - Packet loss

Hi guys,

I am troubleshooting a voice quality in a new deployment.

I found many loss packets when issuing show call active voice on a remote gateway:

This is a remote gateway for incoming calls from PSTN. When i ping the HQ (Where the IP Phones are located) i can see 4% packet loss:

Success rate is 96 percent (484/500), round-trip min/avg/max = 1/2/12 ms

The problem is that i cannot find this lost packets on the ip phone itself. when i access the ip address of the ip phone, i see 0 packet loss and a very good Mos.

Can somone help me to clarify why there is a difference between the gateway and the ip phone logs
