Voice Recording

Hi We have Call Manager 3.3 and we have a requirement to record the voice calls on just 1 (maybe 2) phones. Does anyone know of a cheap and very easy to implement solution? It can be as simple as the operator of the phone just presses a button to record the call and presses again to stop the recording.

Any help appreciated - thanks

Hi,

Have a look at this application "Confiance Recorder": http://www.confianceinc.com/index.jsp?id=irecorder

This is a client centric approach, this software does not require a server.

It can be use just on the phones that you select.
