Voicemail call routing

Hi

I'm running a 3825 with Cisco Unified Callmanager Express. I've had an unusual problem appear and hoping someone can shed some light on it.

An extension calling another extension gets redirected to voicemail on no answer. But the voicemail attendant is silent, and does not prompt the caller. It's like the line goes dead.

Yet

- An external caller calling the same number get redirected to voicemail and it works perfectly.

- An extension calling the full number of the extension also works perfectly.

Any ideas?

Possibly configuration mistake in CUE addressing.
