Hi All,

Voicemail is working on Jabber LAN PC but over the internet voicemail is not connecting on the PC and iPhone. Please finds the attached screen shoot showing the error?

Opening ports and the white list configuration are not the same, again, have you white listed the CUC server???

we are using MRA.

Yes we have open all the ports as per the MRA document.
