Hi All,
Is there a simplier way to change the voicemail passwords on cuc. If ldap is used for cuc users would the voicemail password be the AD creds set? I am trying to find a way to have users manage their passwords instead of IT admins.

There is password and PIN in CUC. Pin is used for accessing voicemail from the phone for example when you are asked for digit string, this is not pulled from LDAP and can be changed in bulk on CUC.
Password would be pulled from LDAP if you have LDAP authentication enabled and is used to access ciscopca for example.
