Voicemail playback Devices as Phone

Hi All,

Any output for the below issue would be great appreciated.

Users are able to recived email into their outlook, but when they are trying to do playback Devices as Phone its prompting for the authentication,

Username:

Password

Domain:

Need help, Unity is integrated with AD, which credentials we need to mention at that window and Domain name.

hi, Ateeq

You will use your username/password which is to login the unity server for user access,

the domain will be the domain name of your unity server, or ip address.
