Voicemail with future date

We have a client that received a voicemail however it was timestamped with a future date and he is unable to forward - any suggestions

Hello,

Check the NTP of CUC, you can see that through CLI

Util ntp status

See if its sync and with the correct time zone.

And check on the administration portal:

CUC Admin > System Settings > General Config > Time Zone
