VoiceView Express can't access from CIPC but can from deskphone?

When accessing the VoiceView Express with CIPC I can log in to the mailbox but when a message has been selected and I click Listen I am getting “Authentication error. Report this error to your system administrator" but if I use a physical handset with that same DN configured, it works!

It just appears to be when CIPC is involved... it is causing this issue? What in the phone profile could cause this? Or could it be something on Unity?

Using Cisco Unity Express - 8.0.5

CUCM 8.0

VoiceView Express can't access from CIPC but can from deskphone?

Try enabling webAccess for CIPC from CUCM and reset it.

Check again and see if it works.

Yes........ webAccess is already enabled. Not working!
