I have a UC520 with CUE 8.6.3. I recently factory reset the uc520 and started over again. After everything is setup, users cannot playback messages on general delivery mailboxes, hunt group boxes, or shared line boxes. Anything I can find is making sure the authentication URL is http://10.1.10.2/CCMCIP/authenticate.asp which it is. Web access is allowed. I'm all out of ideas. Here is my telephony-service:
