Hello,
I'm kind of new in this domain so I'd like to have an advise from someone more advanced. What cisco solution is the best for terminating voice calls with a high precent of G729r8, g729br8, g729r8-prietf codecs to an ISDN trunk?
Thank you.

You can use a 2901 for that, with the adequate interface and PVDM3 resources.
You should workwith a reputable consulant, or certified Ciaco partner, for good results.

Thank for your answer Paolo.
But for a small application SIP->ISDN(~30 simultaneous calls) is suitbale a Cisco 2610 Series configured with a WIC-1B-S/T?

Hi,
A 2610 with a WIC-1B-S/T this is for DATA networking using BRI not PSTN access with 30ch PRI
You would need the relevant DSP chip and an MFT-E1 on the 2610

The 2600 are really obsolute now.
You should use an ISR G1 or G2 routers.
