I have 10 unity servers in Seattle digitally networked with a single bridgehead Exchange server.
Also there are networked servers in the UK in a separate Exchange organisation, hence the need to use VPIM to network all the servers.
The scenario is I login as a subscriber in the UK and send a message to a VPIM subscriber in the USA. I can see the SMTP connector filter being matched on the Exchange server and it is routed out ok, it arrives at the bridgehead server and is then routed correctly to the applicable exchange server. You can see and play the message in the subscribers Inbox but they get no message notification on the phone and when they login there are no messages. It appears Unity is not seeing it as a valid message.
Anyone any ideas on how to debug this or where the problem might lie.
