Wallboard Call Statistics

Hello,

Can we have call statistics on a wallboard without having Call Center solution?

Since with Call Manager 9.1 we already have the option to have call queueing... As I see with Call Manager the only option is  having reports in .pdf or .csv format.

Wallboard Call Statistics

With CUCM,

You will not have Statistics like you will with UCCE. (People in a call/Idle/ringing etc) for a specific queue, only option you hvae its with RTMT, but the kind of information the tool will display its limited.
