.wav File is not working!!

Can hear the Voicemail thru cisco phone, but not receiving the VM in .wav file form.

Configuration is fine in unity. and Active directory also the contacts has been created and assigned a email id:. And users under the Voicemail has been associated to the correct contacts. Also I verified with my email id: and i was receiving the wav file notification. But when i was using clients ID: for wav file notification, they are saying that, they are not getting any wav files, but could hear the VM's thru phones.

Please help !!!!
