We just cutover to Cisco 3825 ios gateways last week
and we are experiencing the following issue:
When external callers are put on hold they have been disconnected when on hold for longer than 40 seconds. Is there some sort of "quiet disconnect" or a value that needs to be bumped or set on the gateway? The old gateways were Cisco Catalyst 6000's and we only starting having this issue since we cutover to the new ones. Any suggestions would be great.
