WebEx Connect w/ UC Integration - Profile Information

I am working with a customer where they are enabling the UC Itegration with WebEx Connect.  I was able to get the integration working, but I am curious where WebEx pulls the profile information from.  I see that some users have phone numbers and other information configured but I cant figure out where it is getting it from.  I tested by changing a phone number in the global address book, but that did not update WebEx Connect.

Anyone know?

WebEx Directory Integration is achieved through the WebEx Administration Tool. WebEx imports a comma-separated value (CSV) file of your enterprise directory information into its WebEx Connect Contact Service. For more information, refer to the documentation at:

unless im misinterpreting your question you configure the users and user related information using your webexconnect administration web interface.

this is also where you enable the phone options as well.

So WebEx does not pull from a different location to get the phone numbers, address, city, state, zip code, ect...?

I was hoping it grabbed it from the global address book so I would have to duplicate my efforts in entering this kind of information.

Thanks Chris.  It looks like I can at least export the current users into a CSV file and then update that file and re-inport it.
