Weird VT advantage and 1 way audio problem

Hi Guys,

Ill try to explain this as best as I can.

I have a CCM 4.2 system

I have about 40 phones in my main office

I have about 10 phones in a remote office connected via VPN

I have about 10 remote guys connected over VPN as well. (guys working from home office 1 phone each)

For VPN?s I use 871 routers using DMVPN connecting to a 2811 VPN/Security router.

I also use VT advantage 2.0. Here is my problem, any of the remote guys can call anyone either in the main office the remote office or any of the remote guys. The video works too.

One of the guys can call the main office and get audio and video fine. He can call the remote office and get audio and video fine. He can call all of the remote guys and get audio and video fine, except for one. The guy on the far end can see and hear him but the other guy gets video but no audio. When he closes the VT advantage SW, violla audio works. I can?t explain it everyone else works fine except this one guy calling this other guy.

I know that this sounds like a pain, but I would love some help here.

I have tried everything I can think of. Any ideas?
