Welcome script

I've cisco 2811 with several ip phones and a fxo line in it.

What i want is:

When someone calls from that fxo line, a welcome script asks for the additional ext. number (ip phones) and transfers a call to a single ip phone.

quickstart script from cisco works untill the transfer part...

Somehow i've managed to configure the router, that when someone calls it via fxo line, they hear another tone, enter the ip phones number, and that worked.

I know that

"FXO trunk lines do not support call transfer to IP phones. However, the call initiator can conference an FXO line with an IP phone by pressing the Hold button, which leaves the FXO trunk line and IP phone connected. The conference initiator is unable to participate in the conference, but can place calls on other lines"

So how do i make the script to "hold and conference"?

Here's the conf:

Re: Welcome script

In the standard ICM configuration, ICM software distributes calls among a number of ACDs (which are usually geographically distributed). Although ICM scripts can be written to select a particular agent, the label ICM software returns to the telephone network usually directs the call to a particular skill group on the ACD, based on the ACD's customizable logic. At that point, the ACD decides which agent will receive the call.

The capabilities of the ACD typically include:

?Interface to the IXC

?Port Switching

?Call treatment processing and agent selection

?Agent and group call reporting

In an ICM configuration with Enterprise Agent, ICM software can perform the same key functions currently performed by the ACD. Enterprise Agent allows you to provide call routing solutions for remote agents and non-ACD call centers, such as agent selection, call treatment, and agent/call reporting. With Enterprise Agent and other ICM functionality incorporated into the desktop, there is no longer a need for agents to be linked to a physical ACD.

Re: Welcome script

Cant answer on the scripting part but normally with FXO lines, i can call in and then i get the second dial tone as you stated and then can dial anywhere within the network. the connection PLAR command (no opx) under the voice port works. therefore, in my case i have an AA and i put the connection plar 9000 which is my PP to my AA. in some of my locations i use MGCP negating the need for plar in this scenario
