What is the offical process to request a product enhancement

I tried PERS, but that is obviously not used by anyone these days. I also tried the link provided on the internal product page, but I can only run reports. I don't have access to open a new request.

Locate the relevant PM first, you may get get customers confused seeing you asking this on a public forum.
