Can anyone of you help me to understand when do we need to upgrade DRAM of a voice gateway. Suppose I am having a 3925 router with default 1GB of DRAM. Now what may trigger for upgrading the default DRAM to larger value say 1GB to 2GB. in Simple how do I understand that I have to upgrade the voice router memory. Does it depends on the services which runs on router and space required for new image file or what else. I am really bit confused and will appreciate your help on this.
