Where is CME-7-0-full-readme-v.1.0.txt file?

I've recently installed CME 7.0(1) and need to reference a file called CME-7-0-full-readme-v.1.0.txt , but it does not seem to be in the zip package for the CME installation. I've installed CME without any problems, but this file still doesn't seem to be anywhere. Can anyone tell me where I can find this?

Nevermind, found the problem. The file is on the CME full package, not the basic installation.
