Which FXO cards in a 2800?

I need to build an H.323 gateway with 8 FXO ports out of either a 2811 or a 2821 router.  I'm having a hard time finding out exactly which combination of NM card(s), PVDM's, and VIC cards I need.

I was thinking if I used a 2811 with an NM-HD-2V, then I could add 2 VIC2-4FXO cards to it.  That would probably be the easiest solution, but I'm not sure about the PVDM's.  I don't think the NM-HD-2V has any PVDM slots.  Are there some on the 2811 itself?  If so, would a PVDM2-16 handle all 8 FXO ports?

I'm trying to keep it in a 2811 if possible, without going to a 2821.

Thanks for your help.

The NM-HD-2V has enough

The NM-HD-2V has enough resources for 8 Analog (FXO) ports, no extra dsps needed:

NM-HD-2V

2-slot IP communications voice/fax network module.

Supports up to eight channels of analog/BRI voice using medium complexity codec or six channels using any supported codec. (No support for T1/E1 or data WAN)
