Why to restart every other day CCM4.1 to resolve outgoing international calling and incoming "Network Conjuctions" message issue??
With call manager 4.1 sometimes the users can't call an international number and at the same time when someone calls from outside to inside the get "Network Congestion" message. To resolve this issue whenever i restart the call manager it resolves the problem.
Can you please let me know what could be the possible issue?

Is this a multisite deployment? If so, what codec are you using between these sites, G729 - 24kbps, G711 - 64kbps? Best practice over the WAN is to use G729. Once you've checked your Region settings check your Location settings to ensure that they're configured to allow "x" amount of calls over the WAN i.e at Branch site A set to 128kbps which would allow 4 G729 calls over the WAN.
