I'm new to the forum and to Cisco VOIP technology in general. I was reviewing my Call Manager servers and my Unity server and I noticed Windows Update isn't enabled. We've been running this system for about a year now and I'm sure nothing has been done to it. Is there anything to be mindful of? I'm very picky on having my OS patched and I'm guessing there are patches needed for both Call Manager and Unity. Where should I start? Any advice would be helpful.
