Wireless IP Phone 7926G Showing active Load ID as Unknown

Dear All,

I am running Cisco call manager 8.6[.2.23900-10].

The issue is that Cisco wireless IP phone 7926G showing its  Active Load ID as Unknown on call manager.   
But its showing perfect [CP7926G-1.4.5SR1.3] on device.

Please guide me to fix this issue

I rebooted the call manager

I rebooted the call manager Cluster after installing the firmware also.

But still call manager showing active Load ID as Unknown.

I am having the same issue and unfortunately cannot get these phones to even register successfully.  Did you find a solution for your issue?
