Wrap Codes - IPCC Express

We have two different departments that use IPCC Express. We want each department to have a list of wrap up codes specific to their department. When you finish a call and the wrap up code box pops up it displays all the codes of both departments. How can I get the box to pop up with codes specific to that department.

IPCC Express supports reason codes and not wrap up data. Reason codes are numbers that define why an agent changed an ACD state. Wrap up data are strings that define the result of a call with a customer. There is no feature or included functionality for this. There are custom application possibilities depending on your requirements.
