Wrong License Generated

I have generated License for L-FL-CUE-PORT-2= Using PAK in Cisco Licensing Page. Unfortunately Instead of ISM/SRE Module Serial Number I used Router Chassis Serial Number to generate license. Now I am unable to install license. Is it possible to change the license to Module Serial Number. Do I need to have SmartNet in order to achieve this? Please help

You can just send a email to licensing@cisco.com with the actual serial number (show license udi) and PAK, they will provide new file.
