Wrong time displayed on 7962 on CME 9.0

                   7940s and 60s show correct time.  All phones running latest firmware.  Anyone with any ideas on what could be causing this?

7962s are 5 hours ahead

Hi Angel-Moon,

I had a similar issue with a 7970 that was resolved by:

ephone-template  1

type 7970  !-  change to 7962

ephone 1

ephone-template 1

Then reset the phone.

Another thing to check is under telephony-service:

time-zone XX

where xx= your time zone..

Remeber to reset the phone after changes when testing.
