Watch out for http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtc52241

What's the time zone that the phones are under ?

Is Device Mobility enabled for the phone ? (When the phone is reset, does the phone come up with a display 'In Home Location' / 'In Roaming Location') ?

All the phones are under Date/Time Group with America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires (GMT-3) and Device Mobility is not enabled.
