Wrong Voice Mail notification on Phones

Hi,

We have problem with message waiting indication in one of our CCM clusters which is integrated with a CUC cluster.

CUCM :  7.1.3.32900-4

CUC : 8.0.2ES14.41900-14.

The integration was working fine in the past and it suddenly started this strange behaviour. Many of the phones have the MWI on but there are no new messages at all.

I have verified the Phone system, VM Profile, CSS etc but they all seem to be configured correctly and I am not getting anywhere.

Can someone shed some light as to what trouble shooing should I take next?

There might be port integratiob issue or synchronization issue.
