WWW Publishing service and DCOM errors

Hi All,

I'm getting the following error from a CCM Publisher:

"The server {0891E83E-97B2-4F23-A2E9-994CA041E2D2} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. "

User:NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Source: DCOM

Also I tried to stop the "WWW Publishing service" but it is freezed in a "stopping" status. I'm anymore able to stop or start it.

Can someone help me?

it looks like you are encountering a bug with CSA.

The temporary workaround is to restart unity.

This problem is fixed in Cisco Unity 4.0(3) ES99, Cisco Unity 4.0(4) SR1, Cisco Unity 4.0(5) and later.
