2407:1380::/32 is the block we received for advertisement.

ISP says they can only accept /48 as max length.

does this mean i can advertise 2407:1380:0000:/48 to ISP A , 2407:1380:0001:/48 to ISPB and so on?

Likewise i can generate 2^16 unique global address and advertise to 65536 links ?

Regards Vinayak

In theory, yes and yes.  Note that 65k routes would be about 15% of the global routing table, so the likelihood that you could find people to accept them all is low, but the theoretical possibility exists.  In general, v6 routes are aggregating about 7x better than v4 routes, so even though v6 max prefixes of /48 are twice the size of v4 max prefixes of /24, they consume less backbone router TCAM.
