I have a feeling this may have been asked before, but was wondering if there was any roadmap for OSPFv3 or EIGRPv6 routing protocol support on Cisco ASA5500 series devices?

Upcoming release, 9.0, will contain OSPFv3.
Whether it will be the initial release or one of the later rebuilds - better ask your SE for that and the exact date it will be released on.
