2 Jabber guests in one meeting - one way audio

Dear Cisco Support community,

we have the following issue. Two jabber guests (Iphones) are connecting into a scheduled meeting.

One of them has no voice (noone can hear him). 

If we connect this guest 1:1 with our SX10 the voice is working.

What an can cause this problem?

To troubleshoot this issue ,could you please answer below questions?

1)What is the jabber guest version (iphone)are you using? 

2)What does the call link look like?

3)Can you try to use two jabber guests(web client) to call into this scheduled meeting and see whether it can work?
