A problem with with Cisco Jabber 10.5 using wired headsets Jabra Biz 2300

Hi, guys,

 

I got a problem on several customers who are using Jabra Biz 2300 headsets to make calls on Cisco Jabber 10.5, they say that they experience an annoying noise from time to time when they make calls.

 

So, my question: is there a compatibility issue regarding the Cisco Jabber 10.5 and Jabra Biz 2300 headsets.

Hi,

do you still have this problem? Or where you able to fix it? We have a similar problem with jabra uc voice 550 headsets. we are using the integrated jabra dll in jabber. Maybe we have to switch to jabra pc suite (or jabra direct) instead?
