I have Jabber 9.0.3, Presence 8.5.4 and Call Manager 8.6.2. We have been testing the jabber client and it has worked well, but I have one user that every time he has to repeat the log in process all over again, the presence server ip, the domain, user name and password, also the photos do not show up, it is like the jabber does not save the configuration. I have tried deleting all the files that jabber saves on the pc but it did not work. Somebody has faced this issue before?
Does this user has a group (in his contact list) with special characters? Could you restart jabber -> create a problem report (Help -> Report a problem) and attach it with this thread for investigation.
