Call back within Jabber is not working.

In a Recent Jabber call, some calls appear to not have a prefix (no +61/64 and no 0 neither).

Translation patterns appears to be correct. This issue seems to only be affecting one user within a site.

Does anyone have any ideas?

where are these TP's applied?

where are these TP's applied? CUCM?

does that one failing user have the same CSS to have the TP applied as all the others?
